If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a simple, fair return and refund process.

Right of Withdrawal

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unworn and unused and in its original condition.

  • Be packed in its original packaging (if applicable).

  • Be free of stains, odors or other signs of wear.

⚠️ Please note: we do not accept returns of bedding that has been used, washed or stained.
For hygiene reasons, these items cannot be returned.

Return Process

To start a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order through our contact form to request a return.

  2. Our customer service team will give you instructions on how to proceed.

  3. Ship the product back, making sure it is securely packed to prevent damage in transit.

Return shipping costs are covered by Reeest only if the error is ours (for example, a defective or incorrect item).
In all other cases, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and confirm that it meets our return conditions, we will issue your refund within 7-10 business days.

Your refund will be issued to the same payment method used for your purchase.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the error is ours.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size, color or product, please return your original order and place a new one.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately through our contact form.
We will help you return it or get a replacement, depending on the situation.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, bedding that has been used, washed or damaged cannot be returned.
We recommend checking your order carefully before use.
